Pakefield Retreat Centre
The Pakefield Retreat Centre is a peaceful cottage in a quiet seaside location on England’s east coast where you can walk on the nearby beaches, relax, practice yoga, take time to reflect and journal.
The retreat centre was established in 2003 to offer workshops, retreats and satsangs in the Yasodhara Yoga tradition. We offer foundational teachings from Swami Sivananada Radha ¬– Kundalini Yoga, the Divine Light Invocation, Dream Yoga, Mantra Yoga Karma Yoga and Hidden Language Hatha Yoga. Our signature workshops give yoga students and teachers from any yogic tradition an opportunity to develop a broader understanding of yoga and enter deeply into their own process of relaxation, concentration, clarification and meditation.
The centre is available for weekend and longer retreats. We offer comfortable shared rooms and vegetarian meals, including the opportunity to build a retreat around one of our yoga workshops.
