Karen Nicholls is current offering Hatha classes in Sheffield Hallam university.

Karen first discovered Yasodhara Yoga at our centres in Canterbury and London. Her first experience of Yasodhara Ashram was 10 Days of Yoga course in 1999. She took the Yoga Development Course at Yasodhara Ashram in 2006 and stayed on at the Ashram to take her Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification Course. This summer she returned to Yasodhara Ashram with her young family for the first time to teach classes, join the community for Karma Yoga and enjoy time to relax on the beach with her children and old friends.
