Roots & Beginnings – YYEN 30th Anniversary celebration weekend 13-15 March 2026

Join the Yasodhara Europe community in Canterbury, England as we celebrate 30 years of our charity the Radha House Association, and over 35 years of Yasodhara Yoga in Europe.

Swami Sukhananda and Swami Padmananda will be travelling from the ashram to offer classes and to lead our celebration of the teachings and of our community, past and present. We hope you can travel and join us. Some sessions will also be available online.

The Radha House Association has been serving Yasodhara Yoga teachers and students in Europe for over 30 years by funding teacher training and European karma yogis at the ashram, supporting teacher visits to Europe from Canada and gathering donations to support the continuation of the ashram.

We will also be honouring the contributions of Yasodhara Yoga teachers and board members over the years with special thanks to Swami Jyotihananda who was the first RHA president and ran the Canterbury Yoga Centre in the mid 90s.

Celebrate with classes on the theme of “Roots & Beginnings”, satsang, a dinner, and a tour of Canterbury – the historic cathedral city where Swami Radha’s outreach to Europe began in 1989!

“A Journey of Growth” – explore your yogic connections, bringing them into the present in stillness beneath and the noise of everyday life. Unlock the power we often overlook: the power of choice and the powers of being truly present with ourselves, our choices and our opportunities.

Through a blend of drawing, guided visualization, breath, relaxation and reflection, this workshop will guide you to a deeper connection with your inner knowing and to the world around you.
