Hidden Language Hatha Yoga

Yasodhara Hidden Language Hatha Yoga is the yoga of discovery and reflection. It offers you the opportunity to dive into the inner life of asanas and see what emerges.

Swami Lalitananda in the foreword to Hatha Yoga The Hidden Language: symbols, metaphors and secrets writes that a student once told her “I have done many kinds of yoga and learned how my body works. This is the first time I’ve done yoga and learned how I work.”

Classes focus on a single asana and treat it like a dream symbol that you “mine for meanings and self-understanding”. Bring a mat, a journal and learn more about who you are.

Open to Discovery Tuesdays, 4:15-5:30pm, 9/18-10/23 at the Yoga Union Studio. Series runs $54 + tax or use your punch card to drop in.
