Monday Eve’s Dream Class
Last Monday of the month from 7-8:30 pm Alaska time starting September 28th. This monthly offering incorporates Swami Radha’s alchemical approach to making sense of one’s dreams. The class incorporates key Yasodhara spiritual practices, time for reflection and expressive arts into the process of “mining” our dreams for pearls of understanding. Bring a dream you’ve written down to each class to work on. This class uses the Google Meetings platform (meet.google.com/pmx-omhy-wec).
Drop in fee is $15 or students can purchase a Yoga Union punch card (5 classes for $60 or 10 classes for $100)
Hatha and Hidden Language students are asked to download, complete and email the Yoga Union liability form to Lisa at firstname.lastname@example.org ideally before attending your first class.
Lisa was recently the guest on our public radio station’s (KCAW) Library Show. She discusses books in the Yasodhara tradition by Swamis Radha, Lalitananda and Radhananda as well as her own journey to becoming a Yasodhara teacher.
