What is Yasodhara Yoga?

Yasodhara Yoga focuses on self-reflection and expanding awareness in order to increase quality of life. Spiritual practices are based on the Kundalini system including Hidden Language Hatha Yoga, guided meditations, and working with symbolism in our waking and dreaming realities.

Yasodhara Yoga Centers belong to a worldwide network of teachers offering practices based on the teachings developed at Yasodhara Ashram by Swami Sivananda Radha. Learn more about the Ashram.
