My classes offer you a gentle, warm and caring space for you to stand still for a moment and listen to your own inner wisdom through reflection. I focus on creating a Light filled opportunity for you to enter into your own self-study.
In these yoga classes, I help you to strengthen your body and still your mind by interweaving postures, meditation, visualizations, your dreams, chanting and breath. I also like to bring in our amazing ability to connect to our-self through creativity, by using writing, drawing, collage and photography.
Classes end with a guided relaxation and a cup of tea.
