Mantra Yoga (YY Practice Series)

Mantra Yoga: Chant these words of power, quiet your mind and open yourself to greater awareness. Mantra will help restore energy and aids in healing and relaxation. Concentration is cultivated, which brings a deep sense of peace and joy, as often arises with other forms of meditation. Mantra Yoga is based on the science of sound and vibration.

Wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in and bring a notebook or journal.

This class is part of a six-week series of classes designed to deepen your understanding of yourself and increase your awareness of the world within and around you. Every Tuesday evening, we will focus on a different spiritual practice. Each class stands alone. Attend one class or the whole series.
