Winter Solstice celebrates the longest night of the year. This earth cycle is innate within each of us, and we can find rest and comfort in our indwelling Light. We invite you to join our celebration which includes visualizations of the Light, mantra chanting, breath awareness and silence.
This event will also include light refreshments. Bring a snack to share, if you wish.

Experience the restorative and relaxing effects of Yoga. These classes include the stretching-relaxing flow of movement and stillness, breath awareness, and reflections on how to relax your mind.
