Awaken your inner knowledge and receive insights from your own wisdom with symbolism, visualization, breath awareness, and reflection. Balance in Warrior Pose to hear, and learn to trust that knowing part of yourself.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal or notebook.

Stilling the Mind
Nov 5 @ 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm

Yoga practices are an effective support for stilling the mind, whatever the reasons for doing so. In this series of classes, yoga methods will include reflection, concentration, breath awareness, some stretching, and visualization.

Wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in.

Bring a notebook or journal.

Chanting for Our Country

In collaboration with Sravasti Abbey, we are chanting mantra for the United States, to support a positive outlook on the diversity of our country, and that we grow in understanding and compassion for all. At the same time, the Sravasti Abbey nuns at their monastery in Newport, WA, are chanting and praying their Tibetan Buddhist practices with the same purpose. Everyone is welcome to join us at Yasodhara Yoga Spokane for this weekly event. Free.
