The Yoga of wisdom, of understanding, of compassion—we can call it many things but its essence is Divine Light. Turn your mind and heart toward the Light, the power that can transform. We will be practicing the Divine Light Invocation along with breath awareness, visualization, Mantra repetition and journaling. The class will start with some stretching to prepare the body for the Light practices.
