Meeting the Moment, One-Day Retreat
May 18 @ 10:00 am – 3:30 pm

“Instead of letting the mind wander to the turmoil of the past or future, we can engage in what is essential right now. This spontaneity brings life to our actions and interactions; it can bring our lives to life.”
~ Swami Radhananda, Living the Practice

What is the potential of this moment – not the past or the future – this moment? Can I listen in ‘present time’, tuning into where I stand now in my life? How do I meet the complexities of today’s world? What choices are before me now?

Join Swami Satyananda from Yasodhara Ashram and explore ‘now’ using a variety of yoga practices, including asanas, breath, visualization and reflection.

Bring a journal and wear comfortable clothes. Lunch on your own from noon to 1:30pm.
