Hatha Yoga integrates classical asanas with spiritual practices of mantra and meditation. Offered in small groups, these classes empower students to accept and listen to their bodies. Non-competitive and compassionate; open to all levels.
In collaboration with Sravasti Abbey, we are chanting mantra for the United States, to support a positive outlook on the diversity of our country, and that we grow in understanding and compassion for all. At the same time, the Sravasti Abbey nuns at their monastery in Newport, WA, are chanting and praying their Tibetan Buddhist practices with the same purpose. Everyone is welcome to join us at Yasodhara Yoga Spokane for this weekly event. Free.

The earth is shifting, bringing more light to Spokane! Come to the Yasodhara Yoga Spokane studio to remember the Light. Join us in a candlelight prayer ritual, in which you may make a personal promise to yourself or personal commitment for your own development, offer gratitude or a blessing, or simply be still and get in touch with your own inner wisdom and tender heart. We will round out the event with chanting and moments of silence. Light refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
