How Do You Flow with Change?
May 5 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Offered online only. Advance registration required. This is a 3-class series; May 5, 12 & 19.

As changes are upon us – arrival of Spring, moving from the pandemic, war, upcoming elections – we find ourselves changing as well. We can witness where we have been stuck, what is not flowing and how we can blossom. A time of transition is a good time to stop and reflect on what’s happening inside as things are changing around us. Using some simple yoga practices can help tap into our inner wisdom, to shed Light on where we are and where we want to be in this new time.

“Our lives are constantly shifting, coming in and out of balance. Every step we take requires us to go out of balance in order to move forward. Sometimes this can feel like a dance as we surrender to the movement; sometimes we need the determination to walk straight into what lies before us.”
~ Swami Radhananda, Living the Practice

Have a notebook or journal and pen.
