Welcome to Gianna Bardelli Yoga’s signature annual Autumn Restorative. Please, come as you are, and prepare to settle in to 90 minutes of nurturing-bliss, for your body, mind, and heart. Tea will be served.
As our nervous system regulates, there is a tendency for us to feel on the cooler side. To support you in staying warm and comfy-cozy throughout the entirety of your practice, please bring a pair of socks and a hoodie with you to class.
