Mantras are sacred sounds for focusing the mind, increasing awareness, calming emotions. An experiential class of chanting several mantras along with some background information on the practice.

Through reflection and collage, create an image of yourself at this time in your life. No art experience needed. Materials will be provided. Bring a notebook or journal.
