Kundalini: What is the Future I Want to Inhabit?

Thursdays, 6:30-8pm, March 12 to April 16

 

Using tools to stimulate the creative power of the imagination, participants will envision the future they want to inhabit. Through playfulness, visualisation and practices to stimulate the imagination, we will move through the cakras of the Kundalini system to find inspiration and lightness as we embrace our vision.

Cost: $20.00/class; $96 for session
