Yasodhara Yoga Ottawa was established in 1983 when Swami Radha opened the centre so students in Ottawa could benefit from the teachings of the Yasodhara Ashram. Yasodhara Yoga Ottawa (YYO) was a sanctuary of Light in the heart of downtown Ottawa for over 30 years. Our commitment is to support people in bridging their spiritual ideals with everyday life. We are now located at 65 Ruskin Street in the Civic Hospital area. Since COVID we have been offering our activities online.
