Join us Monday evenings from 7 to about 8 pm for Satsang. Satsang is an uplifting time where we focus on joyful devotional songs, mantra chanting, inspiring talks and videos. This is a wonderful way to begin your week.

Finding freedom: let go to Open the Heart

“Mind has awesome power, and if that power is bound up in long-held grudges and resentment, then the road to liberation is simply closed.” Swami Radha, Rose Ceremony, p. 68
In this 8 week session we will use the cakras of the Kundalini system to find ways to let go of grudges and resentments that keep us from living our ideals. You can register for the whole session or come class by class.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal.
