Dreams are a gift from a wiser part of ourselves that speaks in symbols and metaphors: our own dream language. It is very helpful to listen.
The method of dream interpretation we use comes from Swami Radha’s text Realities of the Dreaming Mind. Reflective practices and group discussion are included in the class.
This class will run every other Thursday: January 19 to March 30th
