GENTLE HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga integrates classical asanas with spiritual practices of mantra and meditation. Offered in small groups, these classes empower students to accept and listen to their bodies. This class offers gentle stretches. The class ends with a guided relaxation. Open to all levels.

Dates: Thursday afternoons, classes are drop-in
Time: 1:15 – 2:15 pm (please arrive at approximately 1 pm to allow yourself time to settle in)
Location: 310 Scarborough Road, M4E 3M8 (Kingston Rd and Victoria Park Ave)
Cost: $10 with sliding scale available for those on a limited income
Please wear comfortable clothing; mats and blankets are provided or you can bring your own.
