GENTLE HATHA YOGA with REFLECTIONS
This class is a combination of gentle movements and written journal reflections. Each class focuses on one hatha pose to symbolically explore the connection between one’s mind, body and the pose. There are spiritual practices of mantra and meditation. The practice is non-competitive and compassionate, open to all levels. Every class ends with a guided relaxation.

Dates: Tuesday evenings, classes are drop-in
Time: 6:30 – 7:45 pm (please arrive at approximately 6:15 pm to allow yourself time to settle in)
Location: 310 Scarborough Road, M4E 3M8 (Kingston Rd and Victoria Park Ave)
Cost: $10 with sliding scale available for those on a limited income
Please wear comfortable clothing; mats and blankets are provided or you can bring your own. Please bring a journal or notebook and a pen.
