Concentration for Meditating: Concentration starts with relaxation. Then, it’s about training the mind to take a break and to let go of the thoughts, the restlessness, and the responsibilities of daily life. Try some “tools” to center the mind. Even a few minutes of focus can make a difference.
Wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in and bring a notebook or journal.
This class is part of a six-week series of classes designed to deepen your understanding of yourself and increase your awareness of the world within and around you.
