Living in the Moment
Jan 14 @ 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

What does it mean to live in the moment? What pulls us away from living in the moment?

In this series of classes, we will explore these questions by starting with the body, our physical home, using Hatha Yoga postures and observing how the body speaks to the mind. Then we will consider the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being, using yogic practices of reflection, visualization, mantra and breath to deepen our understanding.

Wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in.

Bring a notebook or journal.
