Where’s My End of Year List? It’s Right Here in My Body: Hidden Language Workshop

With the end of the year rapidly approaching, take a moment to catch up with yourself. Where have you been? What have you been doing? What do you have left to complete? Find your answers by tapping into your body’s wisdom.

Items needed: a yoga mat, journal or notebook, pens, color crayons or pencils

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for stretching.

Registrants who are fully vaccinated have the option of attending in-person in the studio.
