Mellow Midweek: Relaxation Practices
Oct 20 @ 11:00 am – 12:15 pm

Relaxation isn’t just one thing. There’s physical relaxation, mental relaxation and a combination of the two. Achieving a state of relaxation is about encouraging your mind to trust and move to a different place within yourself. In these classes, we will be using themes – such as “Slowing Down” – that can help guide the body and mind to relax. Exercises will include asanas (stretches) for the body, breath for both body and mind, and affirmations for the mind to engage in the process.

Wear comfortable stretchy clothing and have a notebook or journal available.
