DESCRIPTION:<p>Spokane West Meditation Circle of SRF is part of the worldwi
 de spiritual family of Self-Realization Fellowship\, founded by Paramahans
 a Yogananda in 1920 to disseminate the ancient science of Kriya Yoga medit
 ation to all nations of the world. We welcome you to join us in meditation
  and spiritual fellowship and to share the teachings of Paramahansa Yogana
 nda\, author of Autobiography of a Yogi\, one of the world’s most acclaime
 d spiritual classics. Yoga is based on practice and experience rather than
  on adherence to a particular set of beliefs\, so followers of any religio
 n can benefit from the spiritual teachings and meditation techniques pract
 iced by SRF.</p>\n<p>We meet each Sunday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Our se
 rvice includes Paramahansa Yogananda’s interpretation of the scriptures\, 
 excerpts from his teachings\, and periods of meditation and chanting. We a
 lso meet each Friday from 7 to 8 pm for a service that includes meditation
