Relaxation isn’t just one thing. There’s physical relaxation \, mental relaxation and a combination of the two. Achieving a state of re laxation is about encouraging your mind to trust and move to a different p lace within yourself. In these classes\, we will be using themes – such as “Slowing Down” – that can help guide the body and mind to relax. Exercise s will include asanas (stretches) for the body\, breath for both body and mind\, and affirmations for the mind to engage in the process.
