Join us for a weekend retreat in the quiet landscape of the Gatineaus, exploring the inner feminine power to create the life you want to live. Open up space in your heart to re-connect with the vision for your life. What is your heart’s desire and how can this knowing carry you through the ups and downs? The heart holds the capacity for compassion and kindness, as well as directness with others and ourselves. We will use various reflective practices of symbolism, mantra, visualization and relaxation to move inward to the heart, the home of the feminine.
Gaia Wellness Retreat is located in the beautiful Gatineau Hills, and 45 minutes from Ottawa. You will enjoy walking trails and a Zen garden, canoeing or kayaking on their semi-private lake and quiet spaces for reflection and relaxation.
Meals provided are vegetarian, fresh whole foods locally sourced when possible. Vegan, raw vegan, gluten free or nut free diets are accommodated. Please let us know in advance of any allergies.
Fee includes shared accommodations (3-4 people/room) for 2 nights, meals, workshops and use of Gaia amenities i.e. sauna, kayaks, canoes, and access to the forest trails.
Camping is also available for a reduced cost of $420.
