Yoga of Sound & Healing with Silver Frith
May 31 @ 12:30 pm – Jun 1 @ 4:00 pm

Sound vibration is our very nature, and is a source of transformation and wisdom. Participants will be invited to enter deeply into their own process of healing and integration, using a variety of yogic techniques such as mantra, asana, pranayama, and meditation in combination with sound modalities. Experiencing the joy of integration does not depend on being able to “carry a tune.” Rather, it is a fundamental human birth right proceeding from the ability to vocalize and/or to imagine vocalizing.

This workshop is based on the work of Swami Sivananda Radha, one of the foremost spiritual leaders of the 20th Century. In 1963 she founded Yasodhara Ashram in B.C., a spiritual community that continues to welcome seekers of all ages to study her teachings. She is also the author of the classic text, Kundalini Yoga for the West.
