This is a course of self-discovery. What is the mind? How can it enable you to find peace in a busy world? How can the mind and the breath nourish you and help you reach towards your potential and expand your perspective on life? Meditation, breathing, visualisation and relaxation exercises.
Tutor: Jacqueline Summer trained Yasodhara Yoga teacher has been teaching yoga/meditation since 2008.
You will need: A notebook and pen. Yoga mat & blanket or you can also do most exercises in a chair.
