The pandemic has been a challenge for parents. Take a mini-retreat for yourself and soothe your body and mind with restorative and nurturing practices. Experience how you can support yourself through simple practices such as breath, concentration, relaxation and mantra. You will be able to take the practices home so you can restore yourself and maintain peace and presence during the chaos of family life.
If provincial health guidelines permit, we will meet in person. Otherwise the workshop will be held on zoom. We hope to be able to make an informed decision by the end of September.
