In the quiet of the early morning, you will be guided through yoga asanas, breath work, relaxation and brief written reflection. Use this beautiful time to awaken, to bring body and mind together and to clarify your intention for the day.
You will need an uncluttered space, a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a journal and pen. You are also asked to sign in 10 minutes before the first class to check and adjust the positioning of your mat, laptop camera, lighting and sound. Experience not required, all levels of ability are welcome.
