Yasodhara Hatha Yoga

Experience the benefits and power of simple & gentle yoga stretches to help you relax and improve your physical strength and balance. These classes offer a reflective and spiritual approach to yoga that integrates body, mind and spirit. Weekly classes:

Mondays beginning September 12 at 9:30 to10:45 AM (Minimum $2.oo donation per class / ongoing drop-in classes);

Thursdays beginning September 15 at 7 to 8:15 PM ($35 for 8 week session). If possible, bring your own yoga mat and blanket. Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing.

sara-campbellI was first introduced to Yasodhara Ashram on the May long weekend in 1997. The minute I set foot on the ground at the Ashram I know I was home. I took the Yoga Development Course in 1999 and have been teaching since 2000. The first time I took a Hatha class at the Ashram I intuitively understood what hatha was about, my body responded and my mind fell in love. This understanding, that the “body loves hatha” has held ture in every class I’ve taught. The benefits of Yasodhara Yoga practices helps to create a sense of well being in my life, I’m happier, healthier and have more energy throughout my day. Sw. Radha’s teachings have been a gift and have enriched my life beyond words.
