Yasodhara Yoga Vancouver is an urban teaching centre of Yasodhara Ashram known for its life-changing teachings.

At our centre you can join a Hatha Yoga class using relaxation and breath to create a calm and meditative state of awareness. We also offer workshops focused on different practices such as Relaxation, Mantra, Kundalini Yoga or Dreams.

Each week you are invited to satsang, a time of devotion and community, when we chant for those who have asked to be on our prayer list.

Local teachers often offer courses in their neighbourhoods, so be sure to sign up for our quarterly newsletter to get the wider overview.

Where to Find Us

We are tucked in a quiet live/work studio, two blocks east of Main St at:
#336 East 1st Ave, Suite 222 (buzz #027)


Our location is easily accessible by many means of transportation. With the Main St. Skytrain station a short walk away, bus stops minutes away, and lots of street parking in front of the building, we are user friendly! There is an elevator to the second floor; we are wheelchair and stroller accessible, and we welcome you to bring up your bike.
