Kundalini Yoga—Energy, Choice and Awareness

Tuesdays May 8 – June 13, 6:00 – 8:00 pm
The powers of the mind are awesome. We evolve spiritually through our own personal efforts to understand the power that keeps us alive, the power that makes our minds work. Work with the wisdom of this ancient system and make it accessible in your daily life. Investigate your own mind and consciousness by asking important questions, studying the symbolism of the chakras and practicing reflection and meditation exercises. Bring a notebook or journal.
Fee: $60 for 6 weeks

Dream Yoga: what are your dreams telling you?

Tuesdays, April 4 – April 25,  6:00 – 8:00 pm
By combining a step-by-step dream method and various meditation practices with an investigation of personal symbolism, Dream Yoga is one of the most direct means of self-discovery. Dream interpretation helps to identify current issues and shows options for making changes in waking life. Bring a dream written down and a journal.
Fee: $40

See the Events page for workshops and events.
