Kundalini Yoga—Energy, Choice and Awareness

Tuesdays May 9 – June 13, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
The powers of the mind are awesome. We evolve spiritually through our own personal efforts to understand the power that keeps us alive, the power that makes our minds work. This session will focus on practices that lead to meditation. Bring a notebook or journal.
Fee: $60 for 6 weeks

Dream Yoga: what are your dreams telling you?

Tuesdays, April 4 – April 25,  6:00 – 8:00 pm
By combining a step-by-step dream method and various meditation practices with an investigation of personal symbolism, Dream Yoga is one of the most direct means of self-discovery. Dream interpretation helps to identify current issues and shows options for making changes in waking life. Bring a dream written down and a journal.
Fee: $40
