Hatha Yoga integrates classical asanas with spiritual practices of mantra and meditation. Offered in small groups, these classes empower students to accept and listen to their bodies. Non-competitive and compassionate, open to all levels.

Hatha Yoga Community Class
If you want to take a yoga class but can’t afford it come to the Thursday 5:45 class. Suggested amount is $5 but any amount is gratefully accepted! We also offer a sliding scale in other weekly classes and some workshops.
Kundalini Yoga: Exploring Creative Energy
Tuesdays, November 7 – December 19, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
This seven-week session will explore Swami Radha’s teachings on Kundalini yoga using spiritual practices, reflection, asanas, creatives experiences, conversation and meditation. We will be using Swami Radha’s book Kundalini Yoga for the West. This book is available for purchase in class or through our office or online at Amazon or Barnes & Noble. We also have a few copies available to borrow from our library.
Suggested reading prior to class: Chapter 4: Muladhara – the First Cakra.
Bring a notebook or journal and wear comfortable clothes.
Starting January 3, 5:45 – 6:45 pm
Your body is a sacred place. Bring forward that inner part of yourself through rhythm, gesture and movements from India’s classical dance traditions. No prior dance experience necessary.
Sundays 9:00 – 9:45 am November 12 to December 17
Start the week with stilling your mind. Chanting, a Divine Light meditation, a thoughtful reading or talk, and silence helps to relax the mind and bring a fresh perspective into the day. By donation

Rates for weekly classes
1 class per week (7 classes) $70* (These rates starts on January 8)
2 classes per week (14 classes) $126
Drop-in $12 per class
* $60 for Thursday morning and Saturday morning hatha yoga series due to no classes on Nov 23 and Dec 23
Classes are accessible to those in need with a sliding scale option. Contact us to find out more.
Consider rounding up your check as a donation to our non-profit center, to cover payment of classes for those who cannot afford them.
- Please call ahead to sign up for a session of classes.
- Drop-ins are welcome.
- Make-ups can be done only within the session paid for, but not carried over to the next session.
- No refunds are given after the second week of the session.
