If you want to take a yoga class but can’t afford it come to the Thursday 5:45 class. Suggested amount is $5 but any amount is gratefully accepted! We also offer a sliding scale in other weekly classes and some workshops.

Your Dreaming Mind

Tuesdays, March 6 – March 27, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Where do dreams come from? What messages do they hold? Dream Yoga is a powerful way to get in touch with your Higher Self. Learn a step-by-step method to unlock the language of your unconscious. By working with the symbols and metaphors of your dreaming life, you can begin to understand how dreams can offer guidance and support in your waking life.
Bring a notebook or journal with a dream written down if you have remembered one.

Cost: $40 for 4 weekly classes

Yoga and Meditation

Tuesdays April 10 and April 17, 6:00 – 7:15 pm
Hatha Yoga was developed to facilitate meditation practice. We will begin with Hatha Yoga stretching to warm up the body and guided meditations to quiet the mind, then sit for several short meditation periods. Wear comfortable clothing.

Cost: $20 for the 2 classes.

Sundays 9:00 – 9:45 am

Start the week with stilling your mind. Chanting, a Divine Light meditation, a thoughtful reading or talk, and silence helps to relax the mind and  bring a fresh perspective into the day.  By donation
