Kundalini Yoga

The powers of the mind are awesome. We evolve spiritually through our own personal efforts to understand the power that keeps us alive, the power that makes our minds work. Investigate your own mind and consciousness by asking important questions, studying the symbolism of the chakras and practicing reflection and meditation exercises.
There are three sessions, each with a different focus. Attend one or all sessions.
