In Living the Practice, Swami Radhananda explores what it means to live a spiritual life in the world today. She asks, how do we maintain the ideals of yoga in our daily lives, in our families, in our work, in our communities? What would it mean to accept the challenge of change, open our hearts and minds and live life fully?
