Yasodhara Hatha Yoga 6 week series YHY is a student-centered, compassionate yoga that meets you where you are on the mat – body, mind and spirit. Core Yasodhara spiritual practices are integrated into this spacious yoga class that provide students with an opportunity to breathe, connect, deepen and discover.

Satsang is an opportunity to gather with others in the yoga community sing bhajan, chant mantra and learn more about the spiritual teachings in the Saraswati lineage.
Second Saturday Satsang following Restorative Yoga 5:30-6:30pm (September through May) free & open to all.
Decoding your Dreams: an introduction to Yasodhara Dream Yoga
Where do dreams come from? What messages do they hold? Through Dream Yoga, learn a step by step method to unlock the messages of your unconscious mind and connect with your own source of wisdom within.
Wednesdays (6 class between 10/25-12/13) 6:30-8:00pm at St. Peter’s-by-the-Sea See House ($63 with tax) – bring a journal & pen with you
Roadmap to Higher Human Consciousness: an introduction to the Yasodhara Kundalini system
Participants will be introduced to Swami Radha’s approach to the Kundalini system. Participants will explore the first 6 cakras integrating key Yasodhara practices and discover how the Kundalini energy impacts speech and communication.

About Yasodhara Yoga Sitka
Lisa Sadleir-Hart has practiced yoga since 2002 and taught gentle and restorative yoga classes since early 2007. Lisa completed the Yoga Development Course in 2016 and returned to Yasodhara Ashram in 2017 to complete the Hatha Yoga and Dream/Kundalini Yoga teacher’s certifications. Lisa is committed to creating a safe, nurturing space where students can bring their whole self – body, mind and spirit – to the mat and their spiritual explorations.
