Hidden Language Hatha Yogaclasses

Thursday evenings from September 17 to December 17, 5:30 to 7pm Yasodhara Yoga Ottawa is offering Hidden Language Hatha at Surround Circle Yoga in Old Ottawa South on the second floor of Southminster United Church.

Street Address: 15 Aylmer Avenue (NW corner of Aylmer Ave. & Bank St.)
Entrance: Enter on Galt Street (west side of the building ~ 2nd floor)
Parking: 3 hour parking on Aylmer Avenue & Galt Street
Public Transit: OC Transit stops in front of Southminster & across the street in front of OOS Library

Developed by Swami Radha, Hidden Language Hatha Yoga is a gentle and meditative style of Hatha that respects the body as a spiritual tool. By working with metaphor, symbolism, imagery and visualization, the ‘hidden’ messages of each asana are revealed.

Hidden Language starts with the personal – your observations, your mind, your body, your relationship to the world. And it expands to the universal, to the mythologies of our cultures, to the subtle force sustaining all life. Hidden Language offers a chance to go deep into the body and the mystical potential of each asana. You are given responsibility for your own body and your own insights. The atmosphere of a class is quiet and self-directed.

Please bring a mat, a journal and wear comfortable clothing.

$16/class; $224 for 14 week session
