Seniors Stretch and Relax Yoga – 6 Week Sessions

This classical yoga class includes gentle stretches and relaxation suitable for people who wish to increase their flexibility, balance and strength. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket.

The following 6-week sessions are offered at two different locations:

  • Mondays from Sept. 11 to Oct. 23 at the Oliver Woods Community Center
  • Fridays from Sept. 15 to Oct. 20 at the Rotary Fieldhouse, 850 Third St.
  • Mondays from Nov. 6 to Dec. 11 at Oliver Woods Community Center
  • Fridays from Nov. 10 to Dec. 15 at the Rotary Fieldhouse, 850 Third St.

Satsang

Satsang is a way to support your spiritual life by reflecting on your day. The chanting awakens your devotional feelings and brings gratitude into your heart.

Conscious Aging

Learn to create a foundation for character building, courage, and awareness of your power of choice and how you use your energy. Please bring a journal.
