Karen first discovered Yasodhara Yoga at our centres in Canterbury and London. She took the Yoga Development Course at Yasodhara Ashram in 2006 and stayed on at the Ashram to take her Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification Course.

Swami Sukhananda first met Swami Radha in 1988 and was deeply moved by her experience. She has been icing and teaching yoga at Yasodhara Ashram and in Europe ever since. She is continually inspired by yoga and by witnessing its transformative effects.

Swami Sukhananda is a senior teacher from Yasodhara Ashram in British Columbia. She is currently on tour, leading workshops and retreats around Britain and Europe. She is an advocate of the Hidden Language approach to Hatha Yoga and has been offering workshops in North America and Europe for many years. She encourages us to take time with each asana, relax, tune into our bodies and find our answers within.
